It is demonstrated that the combination of process-oriented management, advanced data analytics, and digital platforms significantly increases the accuracy of ESG data collection, optimizes operational decision-making, and strengthens the competitive position of companies in international markets. Furthermore, the research investigates how Process Mining facilitates the discovery of real business processes, allowing for the identification of inefficiencies that hinder sustainable growth. The results indicate that embedding ESG principles directly into automated business processes enhances organizational resilience and fosters long-term institutional stability.
