Global agricultural supply chains face an acute structural trilemma between extraterritorial regulatory exclusion, unpriced ecological degradation, and national food security. While the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) imposes unilateral punitive border exclusions (the "North Wind" paradigm) that alienate Brazilian smallholders and trigger trade deflection toward non-regulated Chinese import channels, pure market laissez-faire accelerates tropical biome loss across the Amazon and Cerrado. For Japan—characterized by acute structural food import dependence, upstream value-chain consolidation under general trading companies (Sogo Shosha), and world-leading corporate adoption of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD)—neither regulatory isolationism nor ecological passivity is viable. This monograph formulates a rigorous mathematical, financial, statutory, and cryptographic architecture for the Japanese Hybrid "Sun-to-North-Wind" Three-Stage Roadmap.
