В данной работе рассматривается исследование роли и перспективы развития «зелёных» финансов в процессе ESG-трансформации российских компаний. В условиях глобальных изменений, связанных с климатическими вызовами и усилением экологических стандартов, переход к устойчивому развитию становится ключевым фактором конкурентоспособности бизнеса. Работа анализирует текущее состояние внедрения ESG-принципов в российскую корпоративную практику, выявляет основные барьеры и возможности для использования «зелёного финансирования» как инструмента поддержки экологической и социальной ответственности. This paper examines the role and development prospects of "green" finance in the process of ESG transformation of Russian companies. In the context of global changes related to climate challenges and strengthening environmental standards, the transition to sustainable development is becoming a key factor in business competitiveness. The paper analyzes the current state of implementation of ESG principles in Russian corporate practice, identifies the main barriers and opportunities for using "green finance" as a tool to support environmental and social responsibility.
