English
This conceptual study examines how sustainable finance relates to economic resilience under rising environmental and financial uncertainty. It proposes a framework linking financial instruments—green bonds, transition bonds, sustainability-linked mechanisms—adaptive capacity, and institutional quality to explain shock response and recovery. It argues these instruments support both climate mitigation and stability by reducing transition and environmental risk exposure, with governance enabling transparency and policy alignment.

📄 Abstract(原文)
This study examines the relationship between sustainable finance and economic resilience within the context of increasing environmental and financial uncertainties. It develops a conceptual framework that integrates financial mechanisms, adaptive capacity, and institutional structures to explain how economies respond to and recover from various shocks. The analysis highlights the role of key financial instruments, including green bonds, transition bonds, and sustainability-linked mechanisms, in directing capital toward environmentally sustainable and less risk-sensitive sectors. These instruments not only support climate mitigation objectives but also contribute to economic stability by reducing exposure to transition and environmental risks. The study further emphasises the importance of adaptive capacity, driven by innovation, human capital, and technological development, in strengthening long-term resilience. Institutional quality and governance frameworks are identified as critical factors in ensuring transparency, effective policy implementation, and alignment with global sustainability objectives. Overall, the findings suggest that the interaction between financial systems, adaptive capacity, and institutional structures forms the foundation of resilient economic systems. The study provides a structured conceptual perspective and offers policy insights for supporting sustainable and resilient economic transitions.
