Green Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are increasingly adopted to support sustainability management and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. This systematic literature review synthesizes recent research on ERP-enabled sustainability practices, focusing on carbon accounting, green supply chain integration, and ESG performance measurement. Based on a structured analysis of 33 studies published between 2016 and 2025, the review finds that Green ERP enhances data transparency, automates sustainability reporting, and supports compliance with evolving ESG standards. However, challenges remain regarding implementation complexity, data standardization, and adoption barriers, particularly among small and mediumsized enterprises. The findings highlight Green ERP's growing role in enabling sustainable transformation while identifying key research gaps for future investigation.
