📄 Abstract(原文)

Green finance and sustainable investment have emerged as defining features of the twenty-firstcentury financial landscape, driven by the urgent imperative of addressing climate change and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This dissertation presents a comprehensive secondary research analysis of global green finance and sustainable investment trends, drawing on a systematic review of academic literature, regulatory frameworks, policy documents, and industry data. The study examines the principal drivers of green finance market growth-including regulatory innovation, investor demand, and the growing recognition of climate-related financial risks-and evaluates the effectiveness of key instruments including green bonds, ESG equity funds, sustainability-linked financing, and carbon markets. The analysis addresses the principal challenges constraining the green finance ecosystem, including greenwashing, ESG data quality deficiencies, geographic concentration of capital flows, and regulatory fragmentation. The findings confirm the extraordinary growth of the green finance market-with global GSSS bond and loan issuance reaching USD 1.6 trillion in 2021 and ESG fund assets under management exceeding USD 2.74 trillion-while highlighting persistent structural challenges. The analysis reveals that emerging market and developing economies continue to receive a disproportionately small share of global green finance flows, that greenwashing remains widespread despite intensifying regulatory responses, and that the global regulatory architecture for sustainable finance remains fragmented and incomplete. The study concludes with a set of policy and market recommendations for policymakers, financial regulators, institutional investors, and development finance institutions, focused on strengthening the quality, integrity, and geographic reach of green finance flows. The findings contribute to a growing body of evidence that green finance, while a necessary component of the sustainability transition, requires substantial institutional, regulatory, and market reforms to fulfil its transformative potential.
