This thesis examines the role of green finance mechanisms and digital solutions in supporting the carbon-neutral development of strategic transport corridors. The study highlights that transport corridors are not only important for trade, logistics and economic integration, but also play a significant role in shaping urban development patterns. Increasing transport flows may intensify carbon emissions and create environmental sustainability challenges for corridor-based cities. In this context, green finance instruments such as green bonds, sustainable investment tools and low-carbon infrastructure financing are considered essential for enabling energy-efficient and climate-resilient urban transport systems. The abstract also emphasizes the role of digitalization, artificial intelligence-based traffic optimization, carbon emission forecasting and smart monitoring platforms in improving resource allocation and reducing environmental risks. From the perspective of World Urban Forum 13, the study argues that integrating green finance and digital technologies can contribute to inclusive, sustainable and carbon-neutral urban development along strategic transport corridors.
