📄 Abstract(原文)
This study suggested the use of K-Taxonomy among various methods for the development of green finance. To achieve this, a basic understanding of green finance is essential. Based on this understanding, green economic activities must be distinguished. The K-Taxonomy serves as the criterion for this purpose. To achieve this goal, this study examined theoretical approaches to green bonds, a system related to green finance and the K-Taxonomy, and the current status of green bond issuance. It also examined green bond guidelines, green credit management guidelines, and secondary preservation programs to promote green bond issuance and green transition financing. Next, it explored the use of K-Taxonomy to determine whether these green finance instruments constitute green economic activities and the application of AI to this system. In order for green finance to develop, systems and activities related to green finance must be interconnected and functioning, and funds through green finance must be supplied to green economic activities. In order to prevent green washing and be used appropriately for the green economy, judgment on the green economy must be preceded, and K-Taxonomy must play its role properly. In the AI era, applying this study’s approach to AI systems will further develop green finance and green finance practice will be easier. The contributions of this study are as follows:The development of green finance, which plays an important role in sustainable management, was examined in this study, and the proposal for the use of K-Taxonomy and the application of AI as a concrete way to realize this goal. This is significant in that it presents a practical and applicable plan for the development of green finance. The limitations of this study are as follows:Since green finance and K-Taxonomy have not yet been established in Korea’s economic activities, statistical figures have not been accurately available, and as a result, quantitative analysis that can enhance the robustness of the research results has not been performed. However, if green finance develops in the future and the number of cases utilizing K-taxonomy increases, and statistics are accumulated, further studies will be able to precisely perform quantitative analysis.
