This dataset contains survey responses collected from 437 university lecturers and staff in Hanoi and the surrounding regions of Vietnam, between November and December 2025. The survey examined factors influencing lecturers' perceptions of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting. Data were collected via online (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms) and paper-based questionnaires using convenience sampling. The dataset was analyzed using SmartPLS 4 for measurement and structural model assessment.
